A charming stay with a grandmother's touch! The room was comfy and clean, ideal for a short visit. The breakfast was quite basic, but the convenience of the coffee station made up for it. It's a little tight, but the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere create an inviting experience!

Request extra pillows for a more comfortable night's sleep, especially if you find the mattress a bit firm.

Convenient Location with Friendly Staff

I recently stayed for one night in a Deluxe King Room and found the location fantastic, being within walking distance to various attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with handy USB chargers by the bedside, making my stay comfortable. However, a bit of remodeling could improve the overall appeal and freshen up the atmosphere.

It was a solid selection for a brief pit stop in Eugene with very good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the friendly service from the staff who helped with my stay. Make sure to check out the nearby breakfast spots for a great meal.

My stay was enjoyable due to its close proximity to the stunning alton baker park and the delightful new zone gallery, both of which made my city walks a true joy. I also appreciated the spacious room and comfy bed that allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring.

The stay was decent overall, with very clean rooms and friendly staff creating a welcoming environment. However, the lack of maintenance was frustrating. the Wi-Fi didn't work properly, and the room was smaller than expected. Still, it was good for a short visit.

I had a lovely stay with my family, and we really enjoyed the spacious and clean room along with the great access to hot coffee and snacks anytime. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and we loved unwinding by the pool and enjoying the lovely garden view. I did have a little trouble connecting to the Smart TV, but overall, we had a fantastic experience! 😊

The stay at Courtesy Inn Downtown was exceptional, thanks to the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was both clean and comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent rest after long workdays. The location is conveniently close to restaurants and transport options, making it ideal for business travelers.

The location felt a bit sketchy with tight parking, and I was advised against walking outside at night. The furniture looked dirty, and the lamps were dusty. The corner room I got had a wall view instead of a window, which was disappointing. I couldn’t sleep well due to noise from neighboring rooms. That aside, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable once inside. Loved the USB chargers on the lamps, and the bathroom had nice towels. This place is affordable. The staff were friendly during check-in and check-out. They processed everything efficiently. I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket found in the closet. There’s a nice coffee shop nearby, and the Farmer's Market is within walking distance.

The desk receptionist was welcoming, providing great suggestions for local dining options during my stay. The room had a comfortable bed that made my night’s rest quite enjoyable. I appreciated being able to walk easily to parks and nearby restaurants, which made my trip more convenient.

The noise levels from the street at night were a bit disruptive, making it hard to sleep soundly.
